We're not just a training platform. We're here to help you succeed.

Write your awesome label here.
Hi, I'm Darren. The rules on sustainability reporting have changed a lot in a short time, and I know from conversations with businesses that many people aren't sure what still applies to them.

That uncertainty is exactly why people who understand CSRD are valuable. Whether your organisation reports directly or supplies one that does, someone needs to know what's required and how to get it right. These courses from The Corporate Governance Institute help you be that person.

If you're not sure where to begin, message me or book a call, and tell me where you want your career to go. I'd love to help.

Frequently asked questions

What is CSRD?

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is the EU law that requires large companies to report on their environmental and social impact, and on how sustainability issues affect their business. Reports follow the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Who has to comply with CSRD after the 2026 changes?

Broadly, EU companies with more than 1,000 employees and over €450 million turnover, plus some non-EU groups with large EU operations

Does CSRD affect UK organisations?

It can. UK groups with large EU subsidiaries or significant EU turnover may be in scope. Many more UK businesses are affected indirectly, because companies that report under CSRD ask their suppliers for sustainability data.

Which CSRD course should I take first?

Start with the Professional Certificate in CSRD Reporting. It explains what the rules require and how to comply, in around 6 hours. If you need a quick, focused update, the short course Compliance with CSRD is a good alternative.

Do I need a finance or sustainability background?

No. The courses suit finance, risk, compliance, sustainability and operations professionals, as well as directors who sign off reporting. They explain the terms and frameworks from the ground up.

How are the courses studied?

You enrol with Duco Digital Training and study online, at your own pace, on The Corporate Governance Institute's learning platform. Short courses take around 3 to 5 hours, and each course page shows its access period and assessment.
