What is the BCS IT Architecture Pathway?

Six BCS architecture courses, one foundation and five practitioner, covering enterprise, solution, data, security, and cloud and infrastructure architecture. You earn a BCS certificate for each, mapped to SFIA Plus Levels 3 and 4.

Do I need architecture experience?

No. The Architecture Concepts and Domains foundation course is your starting point, even if you're new to formal architecture frameworks.

SFIA Plus provides detailed competency, training, and development resources for over 120 IT skills. It serves as a 3D, 7-level career roadmap to help organisations and individuals benchmark skills, define roles, and map career progression. 

When is the start date of the pathway?

Self-study: Begin right after enrolment — learn anytime, anywhere. Book a 15-minute welcome call and a 15-minute exam prep session for each of your 8 courses with your trainer directly in the courses.
