In summer 2025, Duco Digital Training delivered the BCS Practitioner Award in Collaborating with Business Teams on-site for a leading government organisation in Qatar. The two-day accredited course aimed to help department heads strengthen collaboration, communication, and leadership alignment — essential for driving effective teamwork and decision-making across the organisation.

The client required an internationally recognised and accredited training provider that could deliver professional learning in person, with an experienced trainer able to adapt to cultural expectations and leadership styles. Duco Digital Training met all these requirements, providing a professional, culturally sensitive delivery that combined theory with real-world insight. The programme also integrated mini-workshops and discussions around handling communication challenges in leadership, enabling participants to reflect on their approaches and share best practices.

The content was customised to include relevant case studies, leadership examples, and well-known communication frameworks such as the Johari Window and Belbin’s Team Roles. These helped participants explore their own collaboration styles, emotional intelligence, and the role of empathy in leadership. To enrich learning beyond the classroom, participants also received access to a digital library of over 100 BCS eBooks covering business, AI, data analysis, and information security.

By the end of the course, a noticeable shift had taken place: what began as a reserved and formal group became more relaxed, open, and communicative. Participants reported discovering new ways to approach collaboration and resolving everyday challenges through clearer dialogue and empathy. This reflects wider research showing that effective communication can boost workplace productivity by up to 25% (McKinsey, 2023), illustrating the measurable value of professional development in this area.

The client later noted they “would certainly consider Duco Digital Training for future IT training needs.”

This project demonstrates how Duco Digital makes it easy for international organisations to access accredited, customised, and culturally aware learning that helps leaders communicate more effectively, build stronger teams, and deliver better results.

We were delighted to have trained Indoensian lecturers at our BCS Accredited AI bootcamp in the UK, as part of an Indonesian Government initiative.

The team have since developed AI curricula for their students and enabled some of them to pursue PhDs and we love to continue supporting them with their students with webinars (our Director who is studying his PhD in AI Ethics, is also collaborating with one of the team on an academic research article in AI Ethics).

In 2022, our Director devised a syllabus, curriculum and onsite training of a 12 week bootcamp in Technology Sales to a class of learners in Riyadh for Saudi Digital Academy.

The bootcamp included training through the sales cycle, professional certifications in Hubspot, Salesforce, CV creation and career support.

Our Director still keep in professional contact with learners through LinkedIn, providing ongoing guidance and support as a mentor.

The 2022 programme followed the successful 2021 digital marketing bootcamp for a cohort of 80 students.

James started and completed the BCS Diploma in AI within a few months in 2023 to help him better advise and consult within his organisation. He was the first global BCS learner to achieve this and now has a keen interest in AI. We're excited that he is now an accredited BCS trainer in AI for Duco Digital Training, mentoring and supporting our learners in large organisations and public sector organisations, leverage the benefits of AI.
