About the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis

The diploma is made up of four BCS-accredited business analysis courses and a BCS oral exam. Each course focuses on a core capability business analysts use every day.
You build your skills step by step, earning a BCS certificate at each stage. Then the oral exam lets you show you can apply everything across the full BA lifecycle.

The final step of the Diploma, where BCS examiners ask you about the BA knowledge you've gained across your courses. You'll prepare for it in a one-day session with our expert BA trainer. 

I only want the Foundation and Practitioner certificates. Is there a shorter option?

Yes. Our BCS Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner Pathway is a shorter, discounted route. You can move on to the full Diploma later.
