About the Course

The final two modules cover digital transformation, including how to judge digital maturity and transformation roadmaps, and cyber security, including the board's oversight responsibilities, incident response and how cyber risk fits into enterprise risk reporting.

How is the Certificate assessed? 

There are five online assessments, one per module, usually multiple-choice. Each takes up to 90 minutes, and you choose when to sit them.

What will I receive?

 On successful completion you receive a digital certificate from The Corporate Governance Institute, which you can share on LinkedIn.

Can I take the modules separately?

Yes. Four modules are also sold as short courses: Foundations of AI Governance (sold as AI Strategy, Oversight and Board Responsibility), Implementing AI Governance in Practice (sold as AI Governance Architecture, Risk and Assurance), Digital Transformation for Directors and Cyber Security for Directors. Taking the full certificate costs less than buying all four separately.
