Wrapping Up a Year of Progress | Festive Support and Well-Being Reminder

As we approach the festive season, we want to take a moment to thank all our learners for making 2025 such a meaningful and inspiring year. So much continues to change in the world of work, from new digital tools to shifting expectations and faster ways of doing business; your willingness to keep learning and adapting is something you should feel proud of. 


We also know that continuous learning can be demanding, especially given the pace of technological change; just keeping up can feel like hard work! So taking time to switch off is essential. Your well-being matters as much as your professional development, so we encourage you to step back, rest, and enjoy valuable time with family and friends this holiday season.


To allow our team a well-earned break too, our support availability will be limited from Monday, 22 December 2025, to Tuesday, 6 January 2026. During this period:
 • General enquiries and emails will still be monitored, but responses will take a little longer.
 • Course discussion boards will remain open for peer learning, with tutors returning fully from 5 January.
 • Tutor video support calls will pause over the holidays.
 • If you plan to take an exam, we recommend booking from 5 January onwards as offices may be closed or support limited.
