Thank You for an Incredible 2024! Learner Support During the Holidays

As we approach the festive season, we want to take a moment to thank all our learners for making 2024 such a rewarding and inspiring year. Your dedication, curiosity, and drive to grow have been truly remarkable, and we are proud to have supported you on your learning journeys.


We also know that studying can be hard work, and we want to remind you how important it is to take a well-deserved break. Prioritising your mental well-being is just as vital as achieving your goals, so we encourage you to step back, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones over the holidays.

To allow our team a well-earned break, our support availability will be limited from Monday, 23 December 2024, to Monday, 6 January 2025. During this time:

  • General enquiries and emails will be monitored, but response times may be longer than usual.
  • Course discussion boards will remain open for learners, with tutor responses resuming fully on January 6.
  • Tutor video support calls will pause during this period.
  • Exam support will be limited during the holiday period; we encourage learners to book exams from January 6 2025 onwards.
