A recent report by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 25 per cent growth in business analysis roles by 2030 and a UK training company has launched an accredited International Diploma in Business Analysis to meet demand.
Artificial Intelligence specialist training company Duco Digital Training is responding to the growing global demand for skilled business analysts by offering a BCS-accredited International Diploma in Business Analysis to individuals and companies.

This follows a recent report by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, which projects a 25 per cent growth in business analysis roles by 2030.

Explaining why organisations need skills in both AI and Business Analysis, director of Duco Digital, Darren Winter said: "AI is a powerful tool to support an organisation's core activities, yet it's the human insight of a business analyst that truly drives transformation.
"A skilled business analyst not only interprets complex data but also understands the underlying dynamics of the business. They play a pivotal role in optimising the customer journey and enhancing customer experiences, which are critical for achieving sales growth and operational efficiencies.

"Beyond these benefits, business analysts can facilitate expansion such as new product lines and geographic territories. Their strategic input is invaluable in navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving market landscape, ensuring that organisations not only adapt but thrive."

To support their learners, the company have appointed Soni Chaudhary as the specialist trainer for this new diploma. With extensive experience in leading significant digital transformation programs across diverse sectors - including defence, banking, cyber security, telecommunications, and IT - Soni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support learners, whether they choose live training sessions or prefer self-study.

The International Diploma in Business Analysis is structured into five comprehensive stages:

BCS Business Analysis Foundation
BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis Practice
BCS Practitioner in Modelling Business Processes
BCS Practitioner in Requirements Engineering
BCS International Diploma – a day of live training and preparation for the BCS professional discussion.

To further enhance the learning experience, Duco Digital Training offers the exclusive "Pass Assist" support package to all learners. This package includes access to the course materials, the official BCS book, support from the course trainer, practice exams, and BCS membership, which aids in building learners’ soft skills, growing their professional networks and advancing their careers.

Darren said: “Our goal is to make learning accessible and enjoyable, and the Pass Assist package has been developed based upon feedback from our learners and clients to ensure they not only pass their exams but also enjoy a rich and comprehensive learning experience that delivers the certification and builds skills in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which we know employers find increasingly desirable.”

He added: “We are thrilled to offer the new BCS International Diploma in Business with our new trainer Soni, and to support learners in their new careers as Business Analysts.”
