Congratulations To Our Indonesian Colleagues On Passing Their BCS Artificial Intelligence Training

Darren Winter
Back in November, Duco Digital Training had the greatest pleasure of hosting University colleagues from Indonesia for training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Duco Digital's hometown in Redcar, England.
Background for Artificial Intelligence Training

Indonesia has been actively investing in developing its digital economy, and the government recognises the significance of Artificial Intelligence in driving this growth.

However, the country faces a shortage of skilled professionals in this field, particularly in higher education. To address this issue, the Indonesian government decided to fund a training program for a group of lecturers from various universities across Indonesia.

Artificial Intelligence Training Program

Duco Digital's Artificial Intelligence training program was designed to provide the lecturers with a comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.

The program also included hands-on exercises, allowing the lecturers to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Outcomes

The training program has several benefits for the lecturers, universities, students, and the Indonesian economy

For the lecturers, the training provided them with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach AI courses at their universities. As a result, they can improve the quality of education for their students and make them more competitive in the job market.  For the universities, the training helps to enhance the curriculum and attract more students to enrol in AI-related programs.

For the students, the training of their lecturers means they would have access to more up-to-date and relevant AI-based education, which enhances their career prospects and provide them with the knowledge and skills required to compete in the job market.

The Indonesian economy will also benefit from this investment as more of its citizens would be equipped with the skills and knowledge to work in AI-based industries, thus driving the growth of its digital economy.
